The helicopter service, Sawant continued, will play a key role in promoting eco-tourism, hinterland tourism, and exploring the state's wildlife sanctuaries. The Goa Tourism Minister went on to say that he was committed to delivering "clean and safe" tourism to visitors, as well as monitoring activities, and that he had decided to establish a mobile app to help with this.
"I'm concentrating on providing clean and safe tourism, which can be accomplished with the help of stakeholders," she says "Khaunte continued.
He has threatened a crackdown on illegal body massage businesses and the harassment of tourists, as well as a proposal for an integrated surveillance system on the state's popular beaches to combat the threat. “If we want to represent Goa as a destination of sand, sun, and sea and let tourists to spend a great stay, then we will have to fight all the unlawful activities taking place on beaches," he said.
A Tourism Convenience Centre will be established to assist travellers, according to Khaunte. "This will allow them to relax and enjoy their time on the beach."
